powerdを使って省電力と欠かれていたサイト様があり、先ずはCPUの速度を調べると、既に周波数は低いレベル。

とかかれていますね。

powerdを起動し確認をする。
# /usr/sbin/powerd
# sysctl dev.cpu | grep freq
dev.cpu.0.freq: 375
dev.cpu.0.freq_levels: 3000/-1 2625/-1 2250/-1 1875/-1 1500/-1 1125/-1 750/-1 375/-1
レベルの変化が無いので、powerdを停止。
