初のupgradeを無事終えたようです。

/etc/hosts.allow
/etc/ntp.conf
この二つの編集をupgradeの途中に実施。
再起動の仕方次第なんですかね？編集したファイルを使うか使わないかは。
以前作ったファイルのままで更新はされていませんでしたので・・・

その後
2回目のfreebsd-update installの実施後
/etc/hosts.allow
/etc/ntp.conf
ともに更新されていました。古いままでかまわないのでupgrade途中では新しいオリジナルの行は全てコメントアウト。
今後こそupgrade終了ですね。
